Greenlightfunds.com offers loans in the amounts of $50.00 to $500.00 for your first
loan with us. We use various factors in determining the loan amount that we can
extend to each customer based on our lending guidelines. Once your loan is approved
you will be emailed and/or phoned with the maximum loan amount we can offer you
and will receive an email with your loan approval disclosure. Should your loan approval
amount be for a lower amount than you were seeking, you may simply call us or email
us at support@greenlightfunds.com
and request to cancel your loan. Should you be approved for a larger amount than
you were seeking simply email us with your requested loan amount (in $50 increments
between $100.00 to $500.00) and we will adjust your loan amount and send you a confirmation
email and new loan approval disclosure.

one hour of us receiving your application during our normal business hours of 9:00
A.M. – 6:00 P.M. Monday-Friday Eastern Standard Time. Applications received after
our normal business hours will be processed in the order they were received on our

No. In most cases you will not be required to fax any documents into us. However,
you may be required to fax or email documents if we are unable to verify the information

The cost of your loan is less than the cost of not having the cash you need when
you need it – overdraft and bounced check fees, late payment fees, reconnection
fees, even losing your job because you can't get to work! Actual fees are determined
based on the information you provide when you submit your loan application. The
fee on your loan will be in between $ 15.00 to $ 30.00 per $ 100.00 borrowed. In
compliance with Federal Regulation Z the loan fee expressed as an Annual Percentage
Rate (APR) on a typical 14 day loan will be in between 391.07% and 782.14%. Your
fee will never be more than $ 30.00 per $ 100.00 borrowed. You can also refinance
your loan on your due date.

Please include in your correspondence, your full name, the last four digits of your
social security number and the amount you would like to pay toward your loan.
In most cases you will have to pay the amount owed on your next payday, if your
payday comes sooner than 6 days, it will be the payday after that. A normal loan
duration is no less than 7 and no more than 28 days.
You have the option of refinancing your loan plus making a 10% payment to the amount you borrowed - you do not have to do anything to select this option. You only need to notify us if you want to pay your loan in full, or pay down above your minimum 10% requirement to your loan principal.

circumstances and is subject to change. To re-apply for another loan, simply visit
www.greenlightfunds.com and resubmit a new application for your loan request.
Yes. Once you have paid off four loans, your fee will be decreased by $5.00 per
$100.00 borrowed, from our $30.00 per $100.00 standard borrowed rate. Once you have
paid off ten loans your fee will be decreased by $10.00 per $100.00 borrowed from
our $30.00 per $100.00 standard borrowed rate. Once you have paid off fifteen loans,
you are eligible for our lowest rate of $15.00 per $100.00 borrowed.

Greenlight sends email notices when you apply for a loan, are approved for a loan, payment reminders, payment confirmations, responses to emails, and promotions. If you are not receiving any of these emails, please read below.
The intensity of SPAM has rendered email difficult to use. New e-mail filters implemented by ISP's and other technology service providers to curb the problem may stop you from receiving important emails from Greenlight.
As a Greenlight customer you depend on receiving emails from us to answer questions, receive password resets, discounts, etc. However, unless you add us to your address book (or your ISP whitelist), you may have trouble receiving e-mails from us. That's because new SPAM e-mail filters may incorrectly categorize messages from Greenlightfunds.com as "unsolicited" and redirect them to a bulk, junk e-mail folder, or delete them entirely.
